There are soooo many benefits of breathwork and there are many different types of breathwork. It all invites you to get out of your mind and drop into your Body & Heart.

During this event, you will have an opportunity to release stuck energy, repressed emotions, get in alignment with your body-mind-higher-self, feel more in peace inside of your Being.

🌱Ceremonial Cacao is considered the Medicine of The Heart ❤. Cacao, like breathwork, has many benefits as well, among many, it helps with your inner healing. The Cacao will support and hold you while you open your heart, during the breathing exercise, so you can receive ALL.

-We will provide cups, but if you have a special mug, feel free to bring it!

-Anything to you make yourself comfortable during the breathwork (yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow, etc).

Pati Hoyt ~ she is a Certified Life Coach, Revelation Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner and the founder of The Art Of Being Podcast, Inner Mosaic Certified Coach, and Hawaiian Huna Practitioner.

As an Intuitive Life Coach, she helps people go inward and uncover what is holding them back from achieving even greater success and go after their dreams.
Pati focuses on the connection between the Emotional body, Physical body, Mind{set}, and their Higher-Self/Spirit.
She is passionate about guiding people to See, Be, and Feel the light inside of them so they can Feel Empowered to Pursue their dreams and be happier from the inside out!
