‘Heart Soul Ascension Experience’ is a 2.5-hours transformative journey consisting of three essential parts:

1 - Sacred Ceremonial Cacao

Drink Cacao in a ceremonial way, igniting your senses with its ancient wisdom and heart-opening properties. Ceremonial Cacao is a pure form of Cacao used by Mayans and Aztecs in ceremonies. It’s known as ‘The Medicine of The Heart’❤️.

2 - Pu’uwai Breathwork

Our breathwork opens up the gateway to unlock your heart & soul’s desires, allowing for your inner healing to happen organically. This is a transformational process that combines an ancient two-step breathing technique with contemporary, upbeat, positive music to create an incredible physical and spiritual experience.

This special breathwork practice is designed to help you connect with your heart & soul.

3 - Integration

At the end, we will dedicate a short time to ground (journal) the insights, downloads, and revelations from your journey, make plans to apply it to your daily life so you can embody a long-lasting transformation.

Leo Season/ Leo New Moon: This New moon comes with a LOT of energy especially when you consider all the different planets in retrograde. We would like to pay close attention to the Venus & Chiron in retrograde. Venus in retrograde can cause some emotional eruptions of the HEART. Last time Venus was retrograde in Leo was in 2015. This is an opportunity to tune into our hearts, heal them, and listen to them.

“Venus Retrograde can expose blockages around the giving and receiving of love in our lives, and sometimes a certain relationship can be a teacher in helping us to realize this. Uranus, the planet known as the “Great Awakener,” is also active under this New Moon, which means there is a certain element of volatility brewing. We may need this feminine strength that comes from both Venus and Black Moon Lilith to hold us in place and guide us to our truth if some surprising or unsettling news arises. Yana and Pati have created this Women’s Circle to support and hold space for one another. Each month, we will gather and will do some fun activities.

Pati will do some releasing, journaling, and other fun activities. At the end, Yana will guide us into an amazing sound healing so we can anchor these activities into our Being. She used MANY magical instruments (see below for more details).
