‘This 4-hour transformative journey includes:

2- Soul Alignment Coaching:
Next, we’ll move into a guided coaching practice to bring clarity and introspection for the past year. This coaching session is soul-centered, helping you connect with your experiences and learnings from 2024, gaining clarity and acknowledgment of your present moment. We will dive into what 2024 taught us to build a strong foundation for 2025.
2 - Pu’uwai Breathwork
Our breathwork practice will be a journey of release. This powerful process liberates retained energies and emotions, helping you connect with the deeper layers of your being. During this practice, you will be guided beyond the busy mind, opening your heart to clarity and peace.
3 - Integration & Manifestation Planning 2025
We’ll conclude with a phase of integration and a manifestation practice for the new year. This intentional space allows you to anchor all insights and create a plan to transform this energy into reality, ensuring that the impact of these hours continues to guide you throughout 2025.

*blankets (you may get cold and hot)
