New Moon Women's Circle:
Women’s Circle is an ancient activity. Women have been gathering in circle for centuries for many different reasons.
Yana and Pati have created this Women’s Circle to support and hold space for one another. Each month, we will gather and will do some fun activities.
At the end, Yana will shower us with her sound magic. (Instruments that she's using in her practice - crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drum, Divya, handpan, Sound of the stream, Koshi chimes, crystal singing pyramid, Vargan etc) She will guide us into an amazing sound healing so we can anchor these activities into our being.

💖🍂🌿We have a very special activity this month: we will be going on a journey into our hearts by drinking a heart-opening medicine >>> Ceremonial Cacao with Blue Lotus Flower!!
- 🎶Opening of the ceremony with Hawaiian traditional chant
- ✍️Pati will guide us thru a specific journaling (** please, bring your notebook**)

- ✨Sound Healing Bath + Reiki energy work ✨

Dress code:
** White 🤍 or just one element of white in your outfit!
✍ WHAT TO BRING:
1- Yoga mat, pillows, blankets and anything else to make yourself comfortable while laying down
2- Notebook and something to write with (pen/pencil).
3- Flowers for the altar 🌸 or anything you would like to put in the center of our circle (our altar).
4- BRING a CUP to drink your cacao!

She helps people go inward and uncover what is holding them back from achieving even greater success and go after their dreams.
Pati focuses on the connection between the Emotional body, Physical body, Mind{set}, and their Higher-Self/Spirit.
She is passionate about guiding people to See, Be, and Feel the light inside of them so they can Feel Empowered to Pursue their dreams and be happier from the inside out!
